Hey Yamaha. For the longest time I could only get rim sounds from my DT50S snare trigger on my EAD10 module. After watching the video I tried tapping the piezo as it recommends. I realized that the piezo doesn't register anything for the head, only the rim, so much trigger must be broken. I've had it for a little over a year but just realized the issue.

Can I please submit for a replacement or is it possible theres just a software setting wrong on my module?

Probably best to start a thread from scratch - and hope you get a response. As mentioned - there's been NO Yamaha presence on this forum for a very long time (we may have a newbie, now, though).

In the first instance - I'd check your cable. Is it a stereo cable? Have you swapped it for a known working cable? Which input in the EAD10?
