Resolved How to help me troubleshoot my Crash cymbal

Can anyone help me with this... I don't hear a sound of my "Crash" Cymbal. Can anyone help me with this? I'm afraid to unscrew my crash cymbal to check coz i might just turn it into worse....

1. Same on every kit?
2. swap dead cymbal for known working one.
3. swap cable for known working one.
4. use dead cymbal with known working cable in different input
5. factory reset the module.
