I'm sure you have tried to restart your phone? Just out of interest, what phone are you using? If your phone is an Android, it has to be a USB OTG compatible device. You might even actually need a USB OTG adapter to connect to the EAD. Something like this - https://www.amazon.com/UGREEN-Adapter-Samsung-Controller-Smartphone/dp/B00LN3LQKQ/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=usb+otg+adapter&qid=1579022372&sr=8-3
Hello Ian, Android device I am using is Redmi Note 4. I am using same connector on Android. It works very well for practice, records as well on Rec'n'Share. It crashes only when I try to access recorded video.
Crash error is:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException
at android.media.MediaMetadataRetriever.setDataSource(MediaMetadataRetriever.java:71)
at jp.co.yamaha.emi.rec_n_share.presenters.Recorded.RecordedFragment$onResume$1.run(RecordedFragment.kt:85)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:760)
I think app developer will be able to figure out what's going wrong. Is there a way to send this error message to the app developer.
Cheers...
