DTX-MULTI 12 doesn't reflect parameter changes from DTXM 12 app

I've had this device for over a year / but as it stands - it's basically unusable. We want to play it with sticks. No drummers will play it because of the sensitivity settings.

I got the iPad app - and was pleasantly surprised by the pad response after I adjusted everything by way of the app. I was really happy!

However, after I transfer those settings to the hardware / the pad settings such as - the assigned sound - are saved --- but none of the more detailed settings are saved.

Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone offer any advice? Even an "it doesn't do that" - would be really helpful in deciding what to do next.

I've asked this before - but no response: https://yamahadtx.com/forum/only-some-settings-are-saved-when-sending-kits-from-touch-app-to-device-and-then-storing-after-restart

Please help me ask the right question / if I'm not wording it properly.

Thank you!

Have you tried saving any updated trigger settings to one of the 10 User trigger setups and then select it after restarting the M-12?
