Thank you, David! And you’re right. Yamaha doesn’t give a flip about customer support. They put out this fantastically complicated piece of technology then, essentially, dare you to figure the thing out. The manual, imho, has GAPING holes in it, and there’s zero tech support. And they’ve apparently convinced themselves that their crappy app fills that gap... nonsense! One wonders why they bother to produce this pad. I’d love 5 minutes with the Nimrod that makes their decisions to give him or her a piece of my mind.
