I am having this issue where my DTX452K snare drum does not produce any sound coming out even if I hit it hard. I was playing to a song and in the middle of a song, when I hit the snare, there were no sound. It happens randomly and I am not sure how to fix this. Anyone encounter these problem before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! Try to increase the sensitivity of the snare drum, "play around" with the trigger settings. All instructions are in the official manual from Yamaha (link is down below):

    SO.

    - Swap the pad for another and see if that works.
    - Swap the cable and see if that works.
    - Do a factory reset and see if that works.

This will point us in the right direction for solving the problem.

Tell us how you get on :)
